Customer satisfaction · Form 1 of 1

So. How was your life?

Imagine that at the end of it all, someone hands you a clipboard and asks you to rate the experience. That is this survey. It is anonymous, it takes about six minutes, and it is open to anyone of any age, anywhere, of any belief or none at all.

Serious questions, lightly asked

Behind the joke are real well-being measures — satisfaction, meaning, health, relationships, work, money, freedom — the things researchers actually track.

Tell us who you are, if you want

Age, region, education, income band, work, faith, background: every one of them optional. They are what turn a pile of answers into a picture of how different lives actually feel.

The results belong to everyone

The dashboard is public and live. No account, no email, no tracking — and groups too small to be anonymous never get charted.

This is a curiosity project, not a clinical instrument. If you are struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a local support line — the charts can wait.
